We have carefully selected our various spare parts suppliers, searching for the best possible quality-price ratio. This allows us to sell quality products at an affordable price. For example, the metal parts are made of stainless steel and are water-resistant. Our batteries last several years, and all watches from the Elegance Collection are waterproof. Our leather straps are made of genuine leather (unlike other sites) and have also been rigorously selected. We source them from a reputable supplier in the heart of Paris with whom we have always been fully satisfied.

We are accompanied by a 3D modeling expert who has managed to model each of our components with stunning realism. So at OhMyWatch!, no unpleasant surprises! You will receive at home what you see on your screen when customizing your product. As for the print quality of your image, we use a machine capable of printing with a very high level of detail. If your image is of sufficient quality, you will be amazed by the print quality of your dial.

All our watches come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We have chosen to offer a 1-year warranty for watches because we know that it is almost impossible for a watch to malfunction within this period. The watch could last you several years without any issues, although you may need to change the battery after a certain time. The batteries we use are of high quality, brand new, and generally last for several years.

We have chosen the market leader, Stripe, as our payment interface. Stripe is used by many companies for its robustness, high level of security, and ease of use. We have also implemented payment via PayPal, which is also widely recognized. You can also make direct payment by bank transfer. All payment options are available during the checkout process.

Your data is perfectly protected and will never be resold or shared with anyone, except for the transport companies that need your address to deliver the package. You have full control over your data and can modify or request its deletion at any time by sending a simple email to [email protected] and specifying your customer number.

We offer 2 shipping methods:

• Express shipping with production and delivery of the watch within 2-3 business days.
• Standard shipping with production and delivery of the watch within 4-5 business days.

After shipping, the package will be delivered directly to your mailbox for watches from the Pop! Collection, or the delivery person will hand it to you for watches from the Elegance Collection. Due to the cubic shape of the watch case, it cannot fit in a mailbox.

We're always delighted to know that a customer is offering one of our watches to a loved one! You'll have the option to choose a gift wrap printed with OhMyWatch! colors during the checkout process. Please note that we never include invoices in the packages, so if you're having the watch delivered to someone else, they won't have access to the invoice or the price paid. If you want to view or print your invoice, you can do so directly in your customer account by selecting the corresponding order.

Depending on the quantity and type of watches you choose, it is possible to obtain a discount, which will increase with the quantity. It's impossible for us to provide an exact discount value as it depends on various factors. Therefore, if you want to place a large order (minimum of 10 watches), please contact us directly at [email protected].

If you want to cancel or modify an order, we recommend doing so as soon as possible. It's possible that your order may be processed within a few hours after it's placed. For any modifications or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the watch has already been produced, it won't be possible to cancel the order. However, it may be possible to modify the shipping address if the package hasn't been shipped yet.
